Live Online Privates are usually done through Messenger, Google or Whatsapp for those needing live video, or just through the phone. Live Video sessions provide instant feedback, just as you would have on a regular lesson, but a consult can allow us to structure out a plan or outline some training goals and priorities
Online Privates have worked great for those that have access to equipment or mainly want to discuss questions or do some video evaluation.
I am also happy to provide small space exercises, customized to your space or ideas for indoor exercises.
Cost is the same as a regular private $100/hr, but you have the convenience of not needing to leave your home or training area, and not risking a cancellation, which has been quite the challenge lately.
Remote Private sessions can be anytime and are not limited by my availability in my home in Graham, NC.
