You could technically make them a bit shorter, so that you only use 10 ft of PVC per wing since its sold on 10ft sections. The ones I have are 1 1/4″ diameter.
Most hardware stores carry everything, but if not, you can find everything you need in Clean Run.
You can use as just wings, or you can install some jump cups from Clean Run and use two wings as as a jump as well.
